As time moves on, our latest rehab in Bergen County is progressing.
Split Level, 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bath, 2 Kitchens, Large Basement Perfect for Entertaining
The exterior of the house has been power washed. We removed the front sun porch and overgrown plants and shrubbery. This alone has cleaned up the property nicely and opened up the space.

The interior of the house has been painted a nice neutral color that adds warmth, but allows prospective buyers to envision their own personal touches.

New windows have been installed.
Cleaned and Jalousie Windows Oiled
The Sun Porch has been cleaned and the jalousie windows have been oiled so that they can move and ventilate the space again.

The backyard has been cleaned, powerwashed and overgrown shrubbery has been removed. We are in the process of putting down grass seed.
Wall Fixed
The garage wall has been fixed and new springs have been put on the door so it opens more smoothly.
All in all, we’re making some good progress.
